- No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than
4 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) will be
charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved for 1
night only.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room
reserved for 1 night only.
- Room rate on the night of 24th December includes Compulsory
Gala Dinner at 1,274 baht per
person (Children under 12 years receive 50% discount).
- Room rate on the night of 31st December includes Compulsory
Gala Dinner at 1,699 baht per person (Children under 12 years
receive 50% discount).
Before booking a hotel
room on independent travel site, please read and understand
the cancellation policy. Many travel sites charge additional
fees and penalties for changes and cancellations.

The Imperial Hotels Group website, we will make every effort
to meet your needs for changes and cancellations. Our standard
cancellation policy is only 72 hours before your arrival but
we'll do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
