Before booking a
hotel room on independent travel site, please read and understand
the cancellation policy. Many travel sites charge
additional fees and penalties for changes and cancellations.
If you book
directly on The Imperial Hotels Group website, we will make
every effort to meet your needs for changes and
cancellations. Our standard cancellation policy is only 72
hours before your arrival but we'll do everything possible
to
accommodate your requests.
- Above rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT

- Compulsory Gala Dinner rates on 31st December: USD 75++
per adult and USD 56++ per child.
- No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than
4 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) will be
charged 100% from the total amount of room reserved for 1
night only.
- No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of room
reserved for 1 night only.
- No charge for only one child under 12 years sharing same
room with parents.
- Check-out time: 12.00 noon.
- Airport pick up service at USD 4 net/pax/way (Join Van)
- Private car USD 16 net/car/way (Maximum 3 person)
